RV 90G Mag

Description
Reiss Viking 90G Mag is one of the family of various sized specialty magnetite products. It is a fine particle-size magnetite of which 90 percent of the material passes through a 325-mesh screen. Average particle size is 25 microns. The magnetite or Fe3O4 is a natural iron ore product safe for the enviromment. Reiss Viking has a history of providing high quality, consistently supplied, delivered magnetite world wide in bags or bulk to meet customers' requirements.

Capabilities
RV 90G Mag is a fine black particle and chemically Fe3O4 used for various speciality applications. It is one of the few ferromagnetic minerals that is strongly attracted by a simple magnet. This mineral is of scientific interest because of its special magnetic properties.

Applications
Widely used in the heavy media coal prepartion industry, RV 90G Mag is also used as a pigment, in polishing compounds, medicines, magnetic inks, the automotive industry, light metals casting, civil engineering, the chemical industry, heat storage, powder metallurgy, a functional polymer filler and in a compounded form for use by the moulder.
